Destiny’s Bridge Transitional Encampment

OUR GOAL: Destiny’s Bridge, established for the temporary housing and care of homeless adults, is envisioned as a ‘one-stop’ facility, where all the services that the homeless need to heal, and be empowered to re-enter mainstream society, are housed.

HOW CAN YOU HELP: We are reaching out to see if the needs listed below are ones that you, and/or your program can fulfill? This event is intended to demonstrate how community resources and services which individuals offer, as part of their established professions, can be brought together to satisfy the various challenges the homeless face on a daily basis. Would you be willing to participate and showcase the kinds of relevant services and programs you have which you would be able and willing to offer at Destiny’s Bridge?
